We are a husband-and-wife-duo committed to designing high performance saunas that become a personal oasis for our clients and their community. Our hope is that sauna fosters a deeper connection between people and nature and unlocking all of the great benefits traditional sauna has to offer.

As a design team, we leverage biophilic design - which incorporates organic materials, natural lighting, earth tones and plants to create a soothing environment that evokes the serenity of nature. The design and materials we use are intentional and hand-picked to soothe your nervous system and allow to to rest.

We live on the Mighty Mississippi River just north of Minneapolis, MN. We are blessed with a lovely daughter who exudes joy and reminds us to remain curious, admire the beauty around us and be present with those whom we love.

We proudly partner with Timber Sauna Co. on sauna design and custom sauna builds, however we are open to designing other spaces for wellness upon request.
